      wow o wow.

go to the main site and look.. or read here even

There is a now a plugin to send all direct show stuff to the monitor.. so just playing a clip in media player will send it to the tv.. THATS AWESOME.. i cant use my parhelia for stuff like that cos im running 3 monitors.. but this is amazing.. i wonder if anyone at matrox has slept since christmas..

So now we have everything we asked for.. realtime smooth slow motion... realtime scrubbing and playback that uses the cpu when the hardware is exceeded... and a realtime directshow output..

      Im a happy camper indeed..
now i just need to download new drivers

this is great news.... though i wish they did something for the Avid comunity tooo premier is a toy for me compared to avid.....

also wish they anounced a new gfx card.....

but whining aside this is great news..... both the x10 and x100 are supurbe... and quite on the spot... in my book they beat the competition easly (atleast those in the premier arena offerings)

keep it up Matrox...... just dont forget what we realy want to see from you...........

I'm an NLE reseller handling Matrox, Pinnacle, Avid XpressDV, Canopus, and Newtek, and I have to agree, the RTX100 Xtreme specs look great . I never made it to NAB this year, so I haven't seen it first hand, but I have the fine folks at Matrox coming my way in a few weeks to do a seminar on the new RTX kits, and I can't wait to see it in action.
