PCI capture card w/s-video connector?

Hi,
Can anyone suggest an affordable(cheap) PCI video capture card with a s-video in connector? All I need it to do is input a s-video signal.. that's all.

Riddek: Get the Hauppauge WinTV with the FM tuner and DBX stereo. It retails for $100, has an S-Video input (with a composite adapter), and includes a nice remote control as well. (and it has working W2K support that works quite nicely)
