I need a great help !!!

Hi everybody.
First of all my configuration:
PII 350 overclocked to 467 Mhz
128 Mb Ram
HD 8,5 7200 rpm

How can i get best results with this configuration to obtain great quality when i create video to export in VHS format ???

In this moment i create videos in 352x288 25fps format but when i output my video on TV (or VHS) i get no good quality ...

I assume you are using RR or Marvel. My guess:
1) you need a second hard drive to get full size MJPEG capture of a reasonable quality. You are halving the number of vertical lines.
2) you may have problems overclocking to that extent with video apps.
