DV and Preview Profile Graph error

I can never leave anything well enough alone. Something I did to my PC is now giving me the "Preview Profile Graph" creation error. I tried reinstalling the firewire drivers, reinstalling Ulead MS Pro without success.

Anyone have experience clearing this error message when starting a DV capture with Ulead Pro?

I cleared this error, but the solution was reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows. I can remember trying all other suggestions by users here,and Ulead technical support and the firewire card support people. Nothing worked, so I had no option but to reformat and reinstall windows. Hope you find a successful alternative.
