I had at least the time to do some test, and here are the results:
1) AC3 doesn't matter nothing.
2) The problem is only with divx with 23,976 frame per second.
In this case, using DivXG400 to raise the frame rate over the 25 frame per second, the problem disappear completely.

... I have forgot something: the side effect problem is that the audio is accelerate. Probabily you don't hear the difference, but
with music the difference is obvious.....

...someone knows how to "resampling" a Divx from 23,976 to 25 frame per second without loss of information? Thxs!
