What can I expect? Similar to Huffy? I need to figure if I need more space.

BTW... Doc M. , the Panasonic Burner II is great ! I bought a 5 pack of Emtec DVD-RAM's and they seem fine so I'm going to try Emtec DVD-R's (on sale locally right now).

It captures analog to DV at the usual 3.5 mb/s. Same for the IEEE-1394 miniDV imports, of couse. As such read up on DV editing. The only trick with editing DV is when doing chromakeys, where some extra work is required to get good results. Call back if you need advice there

Glad the Panasonic is working out for you. I love DVD-RAM for backups etc. because of its durability.
