I apologise for this follow up to a previous post but I am still struggling getting a capture of a Video Tape with my Marvel G400 in my Windows 98SE -Asus Av7- 900 Athon PC... Should I capture with Recording settings on High (MJPEG encoding 704x576) ....and capture in manual segments to beat the 2GB factor instead of using AVI_IO or VDub which are causing massive frame droppng....I think I can edit manually /separate captured segments in Ulead Media Studio ......My friend in the USA who is after this video does not mind if it is written onto several disks as he has the means to re - encode to whatver he wants...I just want to get the highest quality possible over to him....
