No sound/picture with RR-G/W2K/2.0415VT

Hi,

i tried to capture some video clips but they don't have any sound or no picture and they are HUGE 30sec/84MB.

Under WMP i get sound and no picture and under Realplayer i get a picture but no sound.


System:

PIII 1ghz
G400MAX/RR-G
512MB
36GB Atlas V for capturing
W2K SP3
Direkt X 8.1
SB 128 PCI


VT 2.04015

I'm a abolute newbie in video capturing on my PC. Can anybody give me some helpful links?


Do i need any additional codec(s)?

Download latest motherboard chipset drivers
Download VideoTools 3.02 from http://adis.szm.com

1. Install mobo chipset drivers
2. Install PowerDesk 5.82.018
3. Install VideoTools 3.02

Very usefull codec is PICVideoMJPEG codec - www.jpg.com

Also you can install DirectX 9
