Marvel G400TV on XP Professional?

I will be upgrading to XP Professional next week and am wondering if the Marvel G400TV will work under that OS. I went to the Matrox site and they didn't have any XP drivers, but did have a comment that XP had drivers in the OS for it.

The question I have does any of the Video tools that the Marvel uses, such as PC/VCR work under XP? If not do any video capturing software programs work. I still have some analog tapes I want to cap and am concerned if I will be able to do it after my conversion to XP.

If anyone out there uses this card under XP I would like to hear from you. I know I should be upgrading, but right now I have to bear with what I have as the new motherboard, processor, and RAM I am going to install have set me back a bit for now, so a new video card is something I have to wait a while for.

Yes, it works.
It was mentioned many times here in this forum during last month.
If you look at previous posts you can find many about it.

I'm on Windows XP SP1 with Matrox VideoTools 3.02 by Adis.

whit my systeem whit xp sp1 pd 5.82 and vt 3.02 have a probleem whit play ihave no good hardware play ther ware stripes and the screen
whit w2k sp4 works all great whit vt 3.02
