I can't remember who earlier asked about SCSI DVD-RAM availability, but I said I would watch for any new models and it appears there is one:
It's the Panasonic LF-D291N and it is expensive (because it's SCSI).
It only writes to DVD-RAM.
But it reads most other DVD formats.

, but only DVD RAM is not sufficiant for me... I have decided on the Plextor PX708A (DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW), as my main use will be archiving...
