How to prevent corrupted frames.. Sorta..
I don't know if this is 100% true, but everytime I capture with "Hide overlay" on in VirtualDub it always comes out right, even for movies that are 2 hours long, not a single corrupted frame. There was a time even when I captured a video 2 times and it had a corrupted frame, then i chose to hide overlay and it worked. Maybe its just coincidence but it seems to work for me.
