I HAVE A RAINBOW RUNNER ON A MYSTIQUE AND I WANT IT TO RUN ALONG SIDE MY ATI RAGE 128 32MB I HAVE TRIED BUT POWER DESK SAYS THAT IT DON`T LIKE THIS SO HOW CAN I GET AROUND THIS SO I CAN CAPTURE VIDEO

Dan, no need to shout at us.

I don't know anything about your other video card and whether this will work for sure, but for the Mystique/RR to work in other dual display setups it must be the Primary display card in your system. This setting will be found in your MB's bios. Select PCI instead of AGP.
