Might seem a silly question, but I am having difficulty understanding.
Sony Handycam video. Is it okay to capture via Prem Matrox DV input at 720x576
If I want to reduce the size can I simply divide by 2 ie 360x288
If so can I export to mpeg2 at 360x288.
The reason I ask is because I have captured at 720x576 and then exported mpeg at the preset of 352x288 and a portion of an inset in the video that is originaly square is transformed to be slightly rectangular, height greater than width.
