        Have we witnessed democracy at work?

        NO WAY!

        The word 'democracy' means 'rule by the people'. Whatever one says or whoever should be the tenant of the White House, the powers-that-be have not expressed the will of the people. Arbitrary decisions by courts (not even unanimous but closely divided) based on logistics, not on votes, are as democratic as those made by Saddam Hussein or Mugabe and their henchmen.
