G450 etv and 4gb limit of .avi capture

    G450 etv and 4gb limit of .avi capture

    is there a way to change that limit ... i.e. capture more than 4gb into ONE file ?

    If not, do you know of any fast & good tools that concatenate avi-files ?

    othervise, AVI_IO is a great tool for what you want

      AVI_IO can only capture up to 4GB PER file

        Yes, but it can capture up to 400 gigs worth of those 4 gig files.

        Very long captures can be problematic anyhow since all too often audio synch is tough to keep in line. Not all audio cards sample at exactly what you set for analog captures and even today most DV cams have unlocked audio.

          A Free and easy tool to concatnate avi's is virtualdub (as well as edit and capture)
