DVD Max output looks dark

Okay. Whenever I export DVD Video to my TV, the color and brightness fade in and out. From what I understand, this is Macrovision protection.

I do not expirience this problem with playing normal video files, just DVD's.

Matrox G450 eTV
using PowerDVD software

Any ideas on how to fix this?
