features missing in MS Pro 6.5?

Hi,
I`am intending to buy the Hercules DV Action Pro with the Ulead software-bundle; I understood that the delivered Ulead MediaStudio Pro 6.5 is a SE-VERSION!
I don't want to buy a heavy-ripped MS-video-editor (now I`m using Adobe Premiere 6.5),so can anybody answer my 2 questions about this (I tried dealers and several websites ..)
1: What MSP 6.5 full-version features do I miss?
2: Can I upgrade to the full 7.0 version (at what price?)
