ATI All In Wonder - Video Soap question

Do all AIW cards support the Video Soap feature (set of cleanup filters using the Radeon's rendering power)?

Or do only the DX9 Radeons handle this extra power? And not e.g. the DX8.1 cards like the AIW9000 or the AIW 9200SE?

I have been told that the 9000 supports videosoap, but I haven't used one myself.
