Premiere 6 capture with marvelG200

I've got my premiere6 update and are trying to capture with my marvelG200.
While setting capture to video for windows, premiere response with: "can't connect to capture driver" in the capturesettings dialog.
When using an other capture app. (like av_io or matorx tools) capture works fine, except on quitting the app. the whole machine reboots.
The captured files (using the other tools) can be used by premiere without problems.
Capture using IEEE1394 works fine (orange micro firwire board).

I have (several times) deleted and reInstalled all drivers and videotools.

Does anyone have/had the same problems and solved them?

I'm using:
a Asus p2bs PII/400, 128Mb
scsi 2Gb,IDE 6,20/7200 GB disks
Marvel G200 (latest firmware)
Matrox beta drivers/vtools (5.06.031, 2.00.012)
Windows2000 prof. servp.1./ directx/media8 (also tried 7)

Yes, I've had the exact same problems with the G400 and Premiere 6.0. Upon using the capture drivers and exiting the program, my computer reboots.

Before, it would give me a blue screen running under win2k which I debugged to be a driver issue. You can read more about my problem on the Matrox Forums.

Thanx Keymo,

I've modified my bios, turned off: vga snoopahead, bios shadow etc...
I've also run the matrox tweak tool and set the agp speed to 1X.
Now I can start and stop capture apps without a problem (machine doesn't reboot anymore at stopping the app!).
BUT, the prem6 problem remains.
Prem6 does not show the vfw settings if selected in the capture settings (it still shows: "can't connect to capture device".
