DVDmax screwed with 621 and 623 drivers?

Anyone notice in the readme for the lates drivers that it mentions dvdmax skips frames everynow and again.. how come this has been in the last two driver releases with no fix.
im still using 6.10 because i happen to use it quite a lot... anyone tried the latest ones with winME and does it do the same.. i havent them for fear it doesnt work properly)

it does say "may experience jittery playback, but your monitor will be ok"
well isnt that kinda the point of dvdmax..
so we dont watch stuff on the monitor?

This is why I don't update drivers on my main Windows partition unless there is a darned good reason to do so.

The beta partitions are another issue....
