USB TV Tuner?
My sister would like to get a tv tuner for her laptop. There's a whole bunch on newegg with a variety of prices, and I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on any of them:

All I know right now is that the Hauppauge is mono audio,Lifeview products usually get good reviews for quality (picture and product) and a forum search showed that someone was happy with the Prolink one.
