G450etv, XP, and 75% CPU usage at idle

I have multiple Windows XP Pro machines with G450etv cards in them that show 75% CPU usage on the graphical meter in task manager while sitting idle while no process on the process list shows usage other than "System Idle" process.

Has anyone else seen this? Is this adriver issue? XP issue?

Specs:
Intel 845EPT2 Mobo
P4 2.6 GHz CPU
256MB RAM
XP Pro


I did a search here and at the matrox forums but didnt turn anythig up. Maybe I'm not searching well enough tho.

I have a G450etv in my XP machine and don't have any problems like that. I have seen Win98 computers with symptoms like that before. Are your machines sluggish otherwise?
