To keep the codec open when scrubbing the timeline in MSP6, I modified the Ulead32.ini file to:
[HardwareAcc]
...
DisableAcc1=0
...
After scrubbing the timeline the Preview image remains in "always on top" state, like this:
Closing and reopening the MSP-Video Editor resolves the problem for the actual session.
And it is NOT only a MSP phenomena. The same occurs in Premiere 6.
Turning off and on the computer, the problem reappears again until I start MSP6 twice.
Is it a sign for a HW error in my Marvel G400?
Any ideas, please?
