Bugfix:
Yamaha CRW2100S reports error "Media not supported by this drive" in case of HighSpeed CD-RW
For MELCO CDRW S8432 to prevent error while start reading CD
"HD read error" while running hard disc backup
Enabled writing CD-Text with MATSHITA CW-7503
CD will be closed in case 99 tracks are written
Corrected display of recorder buffer status while writing lead-in

Enable overburn feature for CRD-BP2 up from FW 2.25
