Matrox G400-TV - TV Tuner to VCR Input

It has been some time since I've used the TV tuner on the Marvel.

Right now I'm trying to record the TV picture but it will not output to any external device eg. comp. monitor or VCR.

No problem with outputing video clips.

I'm not sure if this has been at all possible in the first place.

Using Addis VT V.3.03 on WinXP

You mean no picture on TV when PC-VCR is running (like on Win98) ?

Maybe you can get this working with older versions of VT - 2.04.015a/b/c or d...

I can only see the TV picture on the computer monitor.
It will not appear on a TV set and can't be recorded on a VTR.

I would try the previous vt if you can let me know where to find them. They are no longer on your site as far as I can see.

I have it on CD but I'm on dial-up

But I will upload it for you if you really need it....

If somebody who have any build of v2.04.015 and better internet connection can send it to Debbie it will be nice.

Thanks just the same. There is NO NEED to upload the VT.
I have discoverd that the problem is being caused by the display drivers not the video tools.

I am using display drivers v.5.39.019. This is the only version that will allow me to output the TV picture or a video clip to a TV set or VCR.

However this with version this version it is not possible for me to disable Dual Head because it will cause an error. As long as I leave the settings at default (PAL with enabled Dulal head) then there will be no apperent problems.
