  • RR-G limitations under NT4?

    Hi,

i just built a new system with aG400Max and a Rainbow Runer G and i like to stay with Windows NT 4.0, because it ran absolutely stable for three years on my old machine and i'm quite faminliar with it.

Do i face any limitations if i use the Rainbow Runner G under NT4 compared to Win98.

I could also use Windows 2000 for video editing. Are there any disadvantages compared to Win 98 using the RR-G?

    System:

    CUSL2-C
    Pentium III 750/100
    512MB PC 133 RAM
    G400 Max
    Rainbow Runner G
    SB 128
    IBM DDYS 18,3GB
    Quantum Atlas V 18GB

Regarding video, you wouldn't be missing out on anything between 98 and NT.

Don't bother using the win2k drivers just yet as we'll be releasing the final win2k drivers in late may. If you really want to try them out, have a dual boot.
