  • LCL(Loss-Less Codec Library) 2.23 By Kenji Oshima

    Hi all guys,
I wonder if anyone here has any knowledge or experiences with Kenji Oshima's LCL(Loss-Less Codec Library).
The site is in Japanese so my language skills are a little bit too small to understand the text. :-(
(I haven't noticed in the whole site the only word which I know-sake)

If you do a translation from here it'll also translate any linked pages you click on.

This is one of the few Japanese - to - English translators worth using.
