Hi Guys,
Hopefully a quick n easy one for you all:
I'm in Premiere 6 and I have a clip on my timeline which I want to add an effect to. OK, so I drag it (I've tried Gaussian Blur or Ghosting) from the effects panel to the clip on the timeline and the preview window shows the desired effect, but if I then move the timeline pointer to a different position in the clip, the preview window looses the effect and it goes back to normal. Even if I export the clip the effect is lost.
Any ideas?

Cheers,
Steve
