G400TV & Win 2000

Hello,
I am thinking of upgrading to Win2000 from Win98 and was wondering how the G400TV works under Win2000? Any problems? Also, is there a way under 2000 to disable the macrovision protection when capturing? Thanks. Also, do you think I would be making a good choice going to Win 2000? Below is my sys configuration:

AMD K6-3 400 Mhz
VIA Chipset
256MB SDRAM
Matrox Marvel G-400TV
20 GIG Western Digital (7200)
40 GIG Maxtor (7200)
Toshiba 5x DVD
Ricoh 4X CD-R/RW
Sigma Hollywood Plus Decoder
Diamond MX300 Sound Card
and of course ethernet and all

Full release Win2K drivers are still a bit off. I'd stick with Win98SE until they are released.

Beta drivers are functional. I'm waiting for late April/early May for the release drivers. I wouldn't upgrade your OS til then. I switched OSes a few months back because I was re-installing Win98 on a monthly basis. Since the switch the only hang-up I've had has been loss of full-function of this Marvel G400. It hurts.
