FAQ on Huffyuv/YUY2 and Marvel?

Here is a good topic. There are many people talking about YUY2/Huffyuv with the Matrox capture cards. I was wondering if there was an end-all-to-be-all FAQ on setting up a Marvel to capture this way?
The initial steps are pretty well known, but what about optimizing the configuration of the codecs? For example, what would you check/select in the Huffyuv dialog box. Would you say there is a limit to frame size?
If this does not exist, maybe this site could be the home for it? It would help a lot of people out.
