How do I make a PAL DVD?

Hello,

Working on a wedding video and it turns out one side of the family is from Bulgaria and they want PAL DVDs. So I made a PAL mpeg 2 file and imported into Movie Factory 3. There is no PAL option in MF3. Any suggestions?

I remember using Ulead DVD Movie Factory 3 in the past and I'm sure it also included the PAL setup. I'm in PAL land.

As I can remember, there is an option on the left side of the window when program is opened.

Sorry, that is ridiculous. Click on the list bottom left/Preferences/General/TV System PAL/SECAM to choose your capture settings.

For the MPEG settings, click on the sprocket wheel//Change MPEG Settings/Customise//Compression/Media Type PAL DVD.

Maybe the template for PAL was accidentally erased? You can create, or re-create your own in MF3 by setting the parameters manually.
