Sony HD and ulead HD Plug-in

Tomorrow a friend of mine will come here with the new Sony HD-FX1 Cam to test it. I don't have any video aplication to transfer HD material to the computer.
There is a Ulead's HD plug-in demo on Ulead's web site to download?
