Pro 1.5 & RTX 100 -6122 Install problems

Can anyone help, (cant get into the Matrox help site, it seems to be closed for Easter!)
Everything worked fine when running Prem Pro 1.0. When I upgraded to Pro 1.5, took out the RTX100 card, unistalled Prem Pro, installed Pro 1.5, downloaded Matrox 6122, then put the RTX 100 card back in but when I come to load 6122 it tells me to load Pro 1.5 first which I have already done!! tried the process 3 times now, getting fed up. Any suggestions would be welcome.
Running P4 - 1.5mb ram, Parhelia 128 (installed recently),RTX100, XP service pack 2

Sounds like me that some registry entry identifying PPro 1.0 is still there and when the Matrox driver installation "sees" this it throws the error.

I don't know what your level of Windows expertise is, but I'd uninstall PPro 1.5, start Regedit and remove ALL references to Premiere in HKRY_Local_Machine/Software/Adobe & HKEY_Current_User/Software/Adobe.

Next close Regedit, reboot then reinstall PPro 1.5 and try 6122 again.
