Nick Jushchyshyn, one of the mods at the Creative Cow MSPro forum, has posted a new filter for his collection: NFXNoise.
MSPro's Noise filter only updates the noise seed every second or so, making for a very un-natural look. It's also symmetrical, meaning at times it looks like a kaleidoscope.
Nicks new filter VASTLY improves on the MSPro Noise filter in that it's appearance truely is random. It can also be set for up to 100 different levels, ranging from barely visible to so much noise it looks like a TV without a station.
