Picked this up recently for 1/2 price on the Ulead website (normal = $99, on sale for $49 and change). Factory is a collection of ~100 transitions for MediaStudio and VideoStudio by the people who gave us BorisFX, RED and Graffiti.
They aren't extremely configurable, but otherwise they look a LOT like some of the 3D and particle effects found in the RT.X100's collection. Very nice.
