Titles with Slovenian characters in Premiere

My bro is doing montage of some clip they made in Premiere and he asked me to post this here (I'm sure this is a good place to ask such questions).

He wants to do text titles in Adobe Premiere (Pro 1.5) but he cannot get Slovenian letter such as Č, �*, Ž. (C, S and Z with ˘ on top).

How about using a Latin-2 font, which usually includes characters used in Polish, Czech, Romanian, Slovakian, Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian and Sorbian?
