I am anxiously awaiting the drives arrival myself. I have seen it selling on ebay several times, but I think I will hold out for the official release. The one negative thing that I am hearing is that you can only squeeze 1 hour of video onto a dvd with the current encoding. I don't quite understand why, but thats what someone I have e-mailed has told me.
Hopefully its just the software that it comes with, and hopefully other software will be able to fix the problem. Only time will tell.
