Buying G400 Marvel

I am considering buying a 2nd hand G400 Marvel for capturing video to make SVCDs. Can this card capture both fields? Thanks in advance.

Marvel G400-TV captures up to 704x480 at 30 frames per second... so yes, it captures both fields.

Yes

There are different versions for different geographical areas because the tuner section needs to be different (frequency selection).

But all Marvels can capture from and print to both NTSC and PAL
