Jerky TV out

Do you guys think Matrox can fix the jerky output to TV problem. My 450eTV is less than 30 days - so I maybe able to RMA it. Trouble is I really do not want to...
Is this a long standing problem? I'm new to Matrox and don't know how well they deal with problems.

JD, you'll have to give us more details before anyone can take a shot at helping.

Basic machine config (chip, mobo, HD details, OS) plus exactly how you are trying to do the TV out. For instance, trying to use Huffy is almost bound to do this.

There seems to be a lot of people with this TV out stuttering problem. Do you think it can be fixed? I can live with minor bugs (I'm sure the tuning thing will sorted) but the dual head feature is why I got the card.
