connector Matrox Rainbow Runner Studio?

Hi, all!
I have recently bought Matrox Millennium II/ Mystique 220 and Matrox Rainbow Runner Studio, but unfortunately, without the socket and the connector. I will be grateful, if anybody sends me the socket-and-connector combination. To understand what I mean, you may click on the attached file with the socket and the connector images. Thanks.

If you can't find a replacement. Here is the DB15 connector pin out as posted by Haig in January 1999

here it is:

DB 15 S-video and Comp

4 (S-Video out) - 1,4
3 (S-Video out) - 2,3
7 (S-Video in) - 1,4
6 (S-Video in) - 2,3
8 (Comp in) -Gnd, Comp in
5 (Comp out) - Gnd, Comp out

DB 15 ONLY:

10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 -Gnd ti its shell.
