Here is an e-mail from DynaPel to my question.

What MJPEG ?
I could process MJPEG. The PIC Video MJPEG format. They should know the difference between MJPEG and MJPEG.
And what worst is, I was able to process even the Matrox MJPEG, but my computer crashes with it when exiting the program.

Thank you for your interest in MotionPerfect.
We have found that some codecs are not supported by MotionPerfect. The
reason for the problem with MJPEG compressed files is not yet known to us.
We suggest to convert the MJPEG compressed files into another coding format
before processing with MotionPerfect.
We regret we can not offer you a better solution for the moment. We are
constantly improving MotionPerfect, so we hope we can come up with MJPEG
support in the future.
