Camcorder battery

So, we bought my parents the Panasonic PV-GS35 and we'd like to get an extra battery for it. Is there a good site to buy them from? Is there much, if any, difference between a 3rd party brand and the Panasonic brand battery?

I just got a GS-31 myself (basically the same thing). You want to check out ebay. They have better batteries for cheap.
