The Continuum 3D Objects Unit adds 3D titling and motion graphics plug-ins to Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and OFX hosts.

Don't bother unless you're using one of the following two graphics cards;

NVIDIA GeForce (6800 and 7800-based cards) with driver version 77.77
NVIDIA Quadro (4000 and 4500-based cards) running driver version 77.56
