Viewing Closed Captions under Windows 2000 with Marvel G200?

The latest Video Tools still doesn't support this feature and looks like Matrox has no plans to include it anytime soon.

Is there another TV viewer (preferably freeware) that will let me view the closed captions? I do video translation work and it is immensely helpful to have closed captions on a text file. It used to work well under Win98, but after having switched over to Win2k, I am without the ability to view CC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Damn, I'm sure that we hosted a link to a bolt-on third party Closed Caption viewer, but it's disappeared with the demise of the old site. Has anyone out there kept the old links ?
