I'm having a RT-2000 system that works fine (after several months of "fine-tuning". But when I want to playback DVD's using the BOB I get very choppy playback. This is not the case when I use DVD-clone instead of DVD-Max (DVD-Max gives much better picture than DVD-Clone). I've tried already DMA-enabling and upgrading my VIA-drivers (I have a Tbird 900 with a MSI K7Pro 2-a, 512Mb of RAM, using Win98SE and a Pioneer 10-speed DVD-ROM). This choppy playback doesn't occur when I disabble dualhead. I've heard somewhere that this a problem with PAL-settings. Anyone also has this problem and a workaround for this???

It's possible that one or two folks around here may have some ideas, but certainly RT's are in a massive minority.

I'm using both: win98 and win2000. I've recently installed in a dual-boot systeem on a different logical partition. The problems are on win98. I haven't tried it yet with win2000.
The reason why I'm on this forum is because Matrox has sent me to this forum (not RT-2000 related).
