How Do I Do This?

I have three clips that I want to run concurrently.
Each is 9.77 seconds long and 320x480

I want to create a 960x480 collage of them one on left one in middle and one on right.
Ihave no idea how to do this

If I'm understanding this correctly you want to have all three clips running side-by-side in a custom display size of 960x480 right?

In MSPro 7 I suppose you could set project properties to 960x480 and apply a moving path to each track to put it in the proper position. Then render the resulting project. You will have to use an avi format since that resolution is not supported in mpg. This will severely limit playback potential on other systems as they must have the avi codec you use. Of course you can forget about NTSC or PAL playback too as this resolution is not supported.

You could do HD playback by using a 720p project properties and use letterbox to get rid of the top and bottom unused portion of the screen. You could also do the same in NTSC or PAL but of course you'd lose some source resolution.

Funny enuf, I think I did that in Vegas 6 just before checking out your reply. It wouldn't show the three but only two of them. Will try playing around later when i get back off the road

Should be even easier in Vegas. Just File>Edit>Video tab to adjust video dimensions and then use track motion to adjust video clip size and/or position.
