Hi guys, after some years of great quality matrox tvout, with G400, P650 and now P apve (avi files, conventional tv), I want to send video through my laptop's nvidia 7400 tvout. I managed to do that, no borders, full screen. However, the quality is not the same as on matrox cards, in 2 aspects:
- sharpness of image, it seems I see a "grid" on the screen; would it happen because I have 2nd monitor with 1024x768 and it shoud be 800x600? Or is it just lack of definition?
- colour fidelity, very hard to adjust, even thought of setting up a colour profile to the tvout.
What are your thoughts about this, do you think it can be done with reasonable quality? Any tips?
