CASIO Exilim EX-V7 Records H.264 "Enhanced Definition" (848 x 480)
The lines between still image cameras and video cameras will continue to get fuzzy, in my opinion.
The engineers are getting closer to figuring out how to design a camera that can do both tasks well enough to satisfy consumers.
This CASIO Exilim EX-V7 uses H.264 to record 848 x 480, which I think might qualify as "Enhanced Definition" (EDTV) as explained by the Gateway ATSC format chart here:
