Summary VideoStudio 11 Plus Bugs
1. DVD Workshop 2, if installed after VideoStudio 11 Plus, will break the VideoStudio 11 Plus "IMPORT FROM DVD/DVD-VR" capture plug-in.
2. VideoStudio 11 Plus, if installed after DVD Workshop 2, will cause the subtitles in DVD Workshop to truncate.
3. HD documentation lacking. The "MPEG Optimizer" works in such a way that it can change the "HD DVD" output templates, confusing the user about proper output settings.
4. Possible Major Bug: Transport Stream AVCHD/HDV files may be read as "frame-based" files by VideoStudio 11 Plus (by mistake) causing double-image "flutter" on the edges of subjects in motion in connection with AVCHD .M2T files converted to HD MPEG-2. (EDIT: I'm beginning to re-think this one. I see the same interlace artifacting on HD MPEG-2 files using Pinnacle Studio 11 Plus Ultimate when converting AVCHD files. So I am now beginning to think we're just seeing how consumer high definition is far from perfect and how it amplifies the artifacting we had a difficult time seeing when we were looking at relatively less clear standard definition DVD-video.)
