Avid Free DV: Any one used it??

I see it's to be discontinued after Sept 01.2007

Error 404 (Not Found)

Not a full featured version of their editor but more than serviceable. Problem is that Sept. 1 they discontinue it. Avid makes the SW used to edit most Hollywood films.
